2. Launch Home Listing Promotion Campaign 

  • Coming Soon - We will launch a "coming soon" text messaging and social media campaign attracting buyers even before your home goes on market.

  • Virtual Tour - Produce a virtual tour that is designed to conjure up drama and emotion.  Residential real estate is bought on emotion, more than anything else.
